Supplier Registered

All suppliers who wish to participate in the CREC(M) should apply online first. Applications can be submitted through this portal by filling in the online Supplier Application Form. Applicants are advised to read and prepare all the information required prior to the online submission. Please refer to Section 2 of this document for information required to be submitted in the online Supplier Application form. The application shall not be considered if the required information is not provided. Supplier registration is valid for a period of two years. Expired registration must be renewed prior to expiry date.

All applications must be submitted via the online Supplier Application Form available in the CREC(M) Portal. A digital image of the required documents as per Section 2 must be attached to the online Supplier Application Form.

Any change to the company particulars must be communicated to CREC(M), complete with supporting documents, within forty-five (45) days from the date of the change.

All applications submitted will be screened and processed. Applicants are advised to ensure all contact details provided in the Supplier Application Form are accurate. Processing of applications may take 3 – 5 working days upon successful receipt of the application form. Successful applicants will be notified by email.
